I am on Google Plus

This morning I awakened to hear on the news, that google plus is now open to the public. I didn't even get the crust out of my eyes before I downloaded the Free app, created my profile, and published my first post. Thanks Google!

Netflix DVD Service is now Qwikster

This morning I received an email from Netflix finally explaining the price changes from a couple of months ago. Netflix is separating the DVD service from the streaming service. The new name will be Qwikster. The name references the quick delivery of their DVDs.

I like that the Netflix brand colors will remain the same, but I wonder how consumers will react to the new name and logo. Best of luck to you Netflix.

Tech: iPad Bridesmaid

As the weather turns cool I am super excited to see all the vibrant warm colors of the earth. Ahhh autumn!!!

Moved by The Help

I wanted to post this a couple weeks ago, but I went to see the movie The Help. I was extremely moved by the film adaptation of the book. I love all the accents and the names of the characters. The sounds give off a marble in your mouth eloquence.
So many of the character names are mumbled with the letter M. I laughed I cried and I left feeling honored by the strength of all the women in the film.
